We did it again! More than 40 ADHD experts – from around the world and from a variety of disciplines, experiences and expertise – have come together once again to answer the important question:

“What is the most valuable tip or strategy for
succeeding with ADHD?”

laurie-photoHello! My name is Laurie Dupar from and my passion is raising awareness of ADHD. I have spent nearly 10 years advocating for people with ADHD as a certified ADHD coach.  For the past three years, I have worked with ADHD colleagues from a variety of disciplines, experiences and expertise – coaches, psychiatrists, teachers, etc. – to compile two bestselling resource books that answered the question, “What is the most valuable tip or strategy for succeeding with ADHD?”

These books were compiled and published as 365 ways to succeed with ADHD and 365+1 ways to succeed with ADHD – and BOTH reached #1 on and raised awareness of ADHD around the world.

Why ADHD Awareness? ADHD is still often a missed diagnosis within the mental health community and misrepresented in the media.  Today, people are being diagnosed with ADHD in childhood and in their 70s.  Most have suffered and struggled alone, not knowing that there was a reason for their challenges or solutions, resources or hope available.  It seems that knowing ADHD exists has not made much difference in the overall awareness, understanding and successful daily management of the ADHD challenges and symptoms for those people with the disorder.  We are hoping to change this!

Praise for the ADHD Awareness Book Project:

I meet all kinds of people with a creeping sense that their attention is out of whack. Laurie’s book is perfect for a daily dose of awareness for the diagnosed ADDer, the self-diagnosed, and those who are ADDish or chronically disorganized. You’ll love it for its practicality and humor.”
Judith Kolberg, Author, Conquering Chronic Disorganization and ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life

“Laurie Dupar has done it again! Full of wit and wisdom in bite-sized pieces what more could someone with ADHD want? Like a box of the finest assorted chocolates. Brilliant and varied tips from some of the best in the ADHD field. Short enough to be read and appreciated even by those who hate to read. Love it!”
Michele Novotni, Ph.D. ADHD Expert; Psychologist and ADHD Coach, Former President of ADDA; Author of What Does Everybody Else Know That I Don't?

“Read 365+1 Ways To Succeed With ADHD and you’ll quickly develop an interesting, new ADHD recovery vocabulary. “Comprehensive” is one new and essential ADHD evaluation and treatment word. ADHD, as you know, is more complex than a simple set of labels, and treatment/recovery requires a careful review of multiple issues, many covered in the deeply comprehensive pages of 356+1 Ways. From my perspective 365+1 Ways is the singular most comprehensive ADHD recovery book available, and I strongly encourage you to read and listen to the abundant array of national experts who provided their best insights for your next recovery steps.”
Dr. Charles Parker, Psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist at Core Psych and author of New ADHD Medication Rules

“Laurie Dupar has done it again with this new amazing compilation of wisdom from the top experts and practitioners in the field. Just like her first book, this new one is infused with her positive view. Ms. Dupar’s devotion to helping people with ADHD live rewarding and strength based lives is evident. I have her first book in my waiting room and I frequently see clients pick it up for a few minutes before their appointments, turn randomly to a new page, and always find something that speaks just to them. This new book delivers equally practical wisdom in bite size pieces. A reader will always find something to help them at the right time in an extremely ADHD friendly format.”
